Returns

If you are not happy with a received product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving.
Returns must be in an unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition and in the original packaging. All tags and any essential addition to the packaging must be returned.
Please contact us via info@casualclothing.eu when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size. We will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). You will be responsible for the return shipment.

If applicable a refund or credit note will be issued within 10 working days. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit note.
